This is for those who either don't want a ceremony or are planning on having the ceremony at a later date, but can't wait to be be married. It is also perfect for those who want a friend or family member to officiate their ceremony, but just need a registered officiant to sign the license and make your marriage official. I will come to the location of your choosing and, after getting your declaration of intent, I will pronounce you as officially married and complete and file your marriage license on your behalf
